SECTION 2 – MEMBERSHIPS, LICENSES, PAYMENTS FOR INDICATORS AND VIP SIGNALS
By ordering any membership/license on https://forexkingz.com you confirm that you have read and accepted our Terms of Use
FOREX KINGZ will never automatically charge you or automatically renew your membership/license. After your membership/license expires you must repurchase another membership/license if you wish to continue using our products/services
Your membership/license at FOREX KINGZ will be valid until the time period you have selected at purchase expires.
1 month membership/license is valid for 1 months from the date of purchase
1 year membership/license is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase
Lifetime membership/license will never expire.
SECTION 3 – CHARGEBACKS
You hereby agree to not process any chargebacks on your purchase from FOREX KINGZ, rather speak to the FOREX KINGZ support team at support@forexkingz.com to resolve any issue.
SECTION 4 – REFUND POLICY
There are no refunds for any products/services offered by FOREX KINGZ because of the digital downloadable nature of the software.
Please note that users who filed a chargeback/dispute request or a claim are not eligible for a refund.
All sales are final.
Refunds or account credits will not be issued in situations as follows:
-You have changed your mind about using our product and service
-You purchased our product/services by mistake
-You do not have sufficient expertise to use our system
-You are not able to activate the FOREX KINGZ products in time before your membership/license expires
-You experience dissatisfaction with our products after purchase
